Owner / Editor

My name is Cara and I was born and raised in Arizona where I presently live with my husband, Nathan. We have a grown daughter and son.
I grew up with a mother who was always up to something creative so I tinkered with all sorts of crafts while growing up such as cake decorating, embroidery, jewelry making, ceramics, cross stitch, sewing, macramé. You name it, it's very possible I’ve tried it at some point in my life!
My love of paper crafting started when a friend introduced me to rubber stamps and ink and opened up a whole new world for me.
I am curious by nature and enjoy learning new things, especially when they are craft related. And I truly love making something that has personal value to family and friends.

Hi! My name is Sandra van Blaricum and I live in The Netherlands. I am addicted to making cards and coloring rubber or digi stamps. I'm married and we have two children, a daughter and a son. When I'm not crafting, I am renovating the house, working in the garden or helping my friend in her craft shop. I love to try new things and working in the craft shop allows me to experiment and find new wonderful things to play with. Two years ago, I discovered The Outlawz Challenges where I am now the Sketch Challenge Leader and team leader for Through the Craft Room Door Magazine. I have made a lot of online friends and honored to be a part of those two marvelous design teams!

Hi, my name is Deonna Bemish and I'm from Indiana! I've have been card making for many years now. I started my blog in September 2009. I've always been a paper fanatic and I've always loved to color. The coloring thing only got worse when I discovered Copic markers. I am self-taught with the help of numerous videos and/or books on coloring with Copics and believe me practice, practice, practice.
I have been Designer or Guest Designer for many challenge blogs. The funny thing is "I didn't apply for these DT's, I was asked be each team to join. I've always had this motto that "if someone likes my work they will come to me". It has worked and been a blessing ever since. Card making is my relaxation and creative outlet from the rest of the world.
I have two children in the 6th and 8th grades. I spend a lot of time at the horse barn where my daughter rides and lately football or Boy Scouts with my son. Don't think that stops me from coloring! LOL there are many occasions that I'm the crazy women in the lawn chair with all of her Copic markers coloring while waiting for practice to be over.
I'm looking forward to my new adventure with "Through the Craft Room Door" Design Team and the fun ladies who are a part of the whole behind the scenes thing with the magazine. Thanks for taking time to read!

Team Leader
I am married and mother to two beautiful boys that are still quite young at 12 and 7. I also work 4 days a week so my hands are quite full really.
I have crafted in one way or another all my life. I have knitted, crocheted, tapestries etc. I came across paper crafting and card making when I was on maternity leave after I had my oldest boy. and as they say the rest is history. I cringe when I think of the first cards I made but you have to start somewhere.
my favourite bit is stamping as then comes the colouring in and in my head I am painting....something I have always wanted to do.
crafting keeps me sane and now I am looking forward to where this journey as part of the TTCRD DT takes me.

Hi Everyone
My name is Cecilia but everyone calls me Cicci and I live in Sweden with my boyfriend and our two boys fourteen and five years old, and a big lovely dog! I work as a guitar teacher and love working with that.
I have been colouring things since I was a little girl, many hours with a pen in my hand.
My father is an artist and he has always encouraged me with whatever I made on the paper! Many things about colours I have learnt from him.
Like many others crafty people, I did not do so much when the kids came. But two years ago I started colouring with Copic markers and I LOVE them!
Love to do cards, draw, Scrapbooking and play guitar:)
LOVE to you all!!

WInner & Top 3 Coordinator
I am a wife of 45 years to a wonderful husband, mother of 2 adult children, and grandmother of 3: 19, 12, 11. I first fell in love with scrapbooking in 1997. In fact, I was a consultant with a major company. However, in 2011 I was introduced to paper crafting, and I became addicted! Then, a couple years ago I saw digital artwork and tried my hand at that. I was once again addicted! I love all kinds of art: cards, scrapbooking, tags, altered art, mixed media LOVE Mixed media!).
I'm very grateful to be a part of TTCRD! I hope to be able to inspire others, and most of all, to say you're never too old to learn!
I'm a woman in her prime who lives in the south of Sweden with my hubby, 4 teenage boys and 3 cats.
I started to scrap for some years ago and my "Happy place" is when I color something up. I just love to color and I think I have tried almost every color medium there are and have most of them... lol
When I don't color or work I enjoy taking a ride on my motorbike, knitting or crochet

Mother & Daughter Designer Team
My mother- Sunila Mahajan and me- Aditi Mahajan, started Dots to Lines and our forte is home decor, mixed media and altered art. A brief background about us: Sunila Mahajan - has a diploma in commercial art, and displays her artworks in various galleries across the world. Aditi Mahajan - With an MSc. in Clinical Psychology and Dip. in Special Education, has taken up arts and crafts since school days and also practised art therapy when working with children with special needs. She took up an art course from School of Visual Arts, New York. She is also a freelance writer.
For two years now, we have been running a home decor business by the name of Dots to Lines and we handcraft products using techniques of mixed media and decoupage. We are into paper-crafting, layouts, journaling, album making and scrapbooking. Our style of art and craft is a fusion of techniques and use of vibrant colours. We aim to spread joy.
Hi! My nom-di-plume is Rijacki for everything online and all my creative endeavours, but you can call me Kate, too, since it's a derivative of the name on my birth certificate.
I’m a bit of an eclectic artist, mixing up the media but not always following in the usual “mixed media” type of creativity. I’ve done various types of art and creative things all my life including costuming of various types and painting.
The way I got into paper-crafting was a bit, round-about. I got there from jewelry making and wanting to expand working with metal in more ways and thus getting a Big Shot for cutting and embossing. And then I found paper.. and then stamping which took me back into painting with a whole different way to do 'colouring.'
I'm also a bit of a writer and love showing others how to try new things. My college study was in history, my day job is software testing on router-like equipment, and I let the muses of creativity carry me away as often as I can.

I'm a married stay at home mom. I've enjoyed being crafty for as long as I can remember. I've dabbled in sewing, painting and creating basic crafts/home decor type items, card making, scrapbooking and digital scrapbooking. Thank you for the invitation to join your talented team at TTCRD!
